The Las Canarias Restaurant is located within the La Mansion Hotel and is built on three levels that descend down to the River Walk. It is a AAA four diamond restaurant and is known for its romantic and relaxing atmosphere.  Whether you are sitting under the graceful palms, watching the flow of the river, or being caught up in the festivities of people strolling by, you can be carried away by the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Las Canarias was chosen as the place to have the 2007 Chaine Holiday Formal Dinner, combined with a live and silent auction.

All proceeds received from the sale of auction items are, and will be used for the following:

 . . .Based on the great traditions and high standards of the medieval French guild of rôtisseurs or "meat roasters," our confrérie ... encourages the development of young professionals by awarding scholarships and sponsoring competitions, and, as part of an international organization, fosters friendships among members around the world.
