 " The Black Tie Event "

Diane Mathews, San Antonio Wine and Food Festival Black Tie Event Chair has set aside two tables for the Chaine members who would like to attend this event and who have not reserved their own table. The black Tie event takes place on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel. The tickets cost $200.00 per person. When you call to make your reservations, please request to be seated at the Chaine table.

This is a spectacular event that you do not want to miss. If you have not had the opportunity to attend this event in the past, you are in for a treat. This year the Wine and Food Festival will be featuring the tastes of Argentina food and wine with chefs and winemakers from the beautiful foothills of the South America Andes, Mendoza Valley, Argentina. Mendoza Valley dominates Argentina’s wine-making industry and is one of the most successful wine regions on Earth. This providence accounts for over 70% of the Argentina’s wine production and is the world’s sixth-largest producer of grapes.

There will also be entertainment, a live auction, and a silent auction. To reserve your seats, contact the festival office by phone at (210) 822- 9555 and remember to mention that you want to be seated at the Chaine table. Attending this event can only be made by advanced sales.

This web site will keep track of the reservations being made for the Chaine table in order to know whether to reduce or add the number of seats/tables needed for this particular group of people.
