About Us

BAILLIAGE DE SAN ANTONIO

The San Antonio Chapter offers its members unique and exclusive experiences with wine makers and winery owners from all over the world while showcasing our city’s world-renowned cuisine. "Being part of the Bailliage de San Antonio has been rewarding for me both professionally and personally. Our Bailliage challenges the chef and me to create a unique culinary and wine experience for our members. It is worth it by the smiles we see at the end of the evening. I have made so many friends from being a part of the Châine des Rotisseries that it makes each time we get together so very special."
