2026 Chaine Induction Dinner

An evening of elegance, tradition, and celebration awaits as we gather for the 2026 Induction Dinner of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the prestigious San Antonio Country Club.

Join fellow members and distinguished guests as we warmly welcome and formally install more than 25 new members into our Chaine family — a society united by a passion for fine cuisine, exceptional wines, meaningful friendship, and the cherished pleasures of the table.

This special evening promises all the refinement and camaraderie that make the Chaine experience so memorable. Surrounded by gracious hospitality, beautifully prepared cuisine, and thoughtfully paired wines, we will celebrate not only the traditions of our beloved organization, but also the exciting future represented by our newest members. Attire for the evening is semi-formal to formal. Reception and festivities begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
