About the event
The evening starts with some cooling Prosecco paired with some carefully paired appetizers to meet and greet your fellow members and friends and cool off.
Wines to be enjoyed will include:
First Course - Modern Vitelo Tonnato
2021 Livio Fellugio Pinot Grigio is from the Collli Orientali del Friuli in Northeast Italy. This wine is often considered the definitive expression of PG from the Fruili-Venezia region.
Second Course - Italian Sausage stuffed calamari, tomato risotto
1995 Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva, a Wine Spectator #40 best wine of the year upon release. Sangiovese can age quite well, and the Riserva is made with aging in mind, so this should be a rare treat!
