About the event
Bastille Day, the National Day of France, commemorates the start of the French Revolution. The Chaine de Rostisseurs originates in France; therefore, we celebrate Bastille Day with an afternoon garden party.
This potluck event is sponsored by the Dame de Chaine (Chaine Ladies), and is open to all Chaine Members and their guests.
Bring: Bring a swimsuit & towel, 1 bottle of your favorite Bastille-inspired wine, and a dish to share (ideally, something French-themed). Please email the name of the dish you plan to bring to Mia Rosen at mia.rosen@icloud.com The Chaine will provide additional French wines from the cellar.
Attire: French dress or swimsuit—blue, white, and red.
The event will be outside. Please wear lightweight, comfortable clothing.
Fee: $15 per person to cover necessary materials.
