Chaine Holiday Masquerade

Get ready for a night of enchantment and mystery at our holiday masquerade party! 

Indulge in a delectable feast of delicious food and fine wine, perfect for satisfying your appetite. As the night progresses, let the music move you on the dance floor and join in the festivities with friends, old and new. 

Don't forget to bring your mask to add to the magic of the evening. This event is sure to be a memorable experience that you won't want to miss! Join us for a holiday masquerade party that will be talked about for years to come. (Masquerade masks are optional.)

After dinner, we'll turn up the music by The Dynomites, a band playing the music you'll love. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a novice on the dance floor, you'll surely have a blast. We'll end the night with warm hugs and promises to do it all again next year.

There will also be a silent wine auction and door prizes.

Second Course

Mushroom croquettes, honey goat cheese, berry compote paired with 2016 Sandford Pinot Noir

Third Course

Roasted smoked salmon and seared scallop, parsnip mousseline, and vegetable garniture paired with 2005 Chateau Destieux Grand Cru St. Emillion and 2005 Chateau Lescombes.

Entree 

Char grilled strip steak, porcini dusted potatoes, braised endive paired with 1990 and 1992 Mondavi Oakville Cabernet.

Dessert

Assorted Cheeses and mini dessert station

Update Attire: Coat and tie for men (tuxedo optional). Cocktail or formal gown for women. Please wear your ribbons and a masquerade mask. It is not necessary to wear the mask all evening long, just upon arrival, please.
