Dinner under the Texas Stars

I hope everyone is doing well. Here are the details, pricing and link to the amazing dinner we have planned for October 23rd. We will have dinner outside under the glorious stars of Texas, weather permitting.

I have a bus secured for us but there is an option that is $25 less per person if you choose to drive your own vehicle.

Meet in front of the Specs Liquor Store on 281 and TPC

The bus will depart at 2PM so please arrive by 1:45.

The bus will have a bathroom and the company is allowing us to eat and drink while on our adventure.

We will arrive at Dripping Springs Distillery’s new tasting room around 3PM. While at the tasting room we will get a tour of the distillery, 2 mixed drinks, snacks and a flight of their lovely spirits (a flavored vodka, gin and whiskey). They will have an area set aside for us to relax as we enjoy or snacks and drinks. Additional drinks and product can be purchased.

The bus will leave at 5pm and head to William Chris Winery for a 6pm arrival.

The menu is below and it looks amazing. Their onsite chef will be using many of the items from the winery’s garden and other local providers. Because of supply issues I will need to close the link by Friday October 8th so the chef can guarantee his order.

The reception will be from 6-6:30 followed by the five course menu. We should be leaving by 9PM for a return to Specs around 10pm. Please reach out if you have any questions.
