Join the Dames of La Chaîne for our Annual Cooking Class at the beautiful Carriage House at the San Antonio Botanical Garden — a lively, hands-on culinary adventure celebrating the fresh flavors of summer. Imagine a “Harvest-to-Table Cooking Class” Where we will have the opportunity to hand-pick many of our ingredients directly from the garden before cooking, providing us with an immersive farm-to-table culinary experience.

Together, we’ll learn how to create two vibrant favorites: refreshing ceviche and stunning poke bowls bursting with color, texture, and flavor.
