Join the Dames of La Chaîne for our Annual Cooking Class at the beautiful Carriage House at the San Antonio Botanical Garden — a lively, hands-on culinary adventure celebrating the fresh flavors of summer. Imagine a “Harvest-to-Table Cooking Class” Where we will have the opportunity to hand-pick many of our ingredients directly from the garden before cooking, providing us with an immersive farm-to-table culinary experience.


Together, we’ll learn how to create two vibrant favorites: refreshing ceviche and stunning poke bowls bursting with color, texture, and flavor. From knife skills and preparation techniques to balancing bright citrus, savory sauces, and fresh ingredients, guests will enjoy an interactive cooking experience guided step-by-step in a relaxed and social atmosphere.


And the best part? You’ll sit down and enjoy the delicious dishes you create, perfectly paired with wine.
