Hot Summer Nights - Oregon Style

As August arrives and summer begins to wind down, this is the time to celebrate the rich culinary and winemaking traditions of Oregon. This relaxed, self-paced event will feature a variety of food stations showcasing the seasonal bounty of Oregon’s land and sea.

Designed to be a casual, enjoyable, and unhurried event, allowing members and their guests to explore, taste, and revisit their favorite pairings throughout the night.

Everyone will enjoy a brilliant selection of Oregon wines, including Sparkling Wine, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, all sourced from five acclaimed wineries. The menu will offer an array of dishes crafted by the Club’s culinary team, with standout offerings such as fresh salmon, prepared at a dedicated seafood station, and roasted pig or boar, anchoring another main station. Oregon’s famed fruits, vegetables, and berries will also make an appearance, adding vibrant, seasonal flavor to the evening.
