Old World verses New World Wine Dinner

Join us on Thursday, March 26th at 6:30 pm for a special Vintner Wine Dinner featuring an exciting Old World vs. New World wine journey hosted by Master Sommelier David Ruess. This traditional table-service event will showcase eight exceptional wines from the Jackson Family of Wines, thoughtfully paired in four side-by-side tastings comparing Europe and the United States.

Chef Castillo has created a beautifully crafted multi-course menu designed to complement each pairing, beginning with a sparkling rosé reception and continuing through elegant seafood, rich red wine pairings, and a decadent chocolate dessert to close the evening. Throughout the night, Mr. Ruess will guide guests through the wines and share insights on the pairings.
