In the spirit of keeping it fun, simple and exciting, we are designing “Wine Dinner Light,” a casual, tasty, and “fun with wine” evening including Fried Chicken, Champagne, sparkling wines, and other great pairings” (you may not have considered), on Thursday, August 15th.
The plan has evolved into a theme of country club casual, family style, three-course dinner including excellent sparkling wines, interesting white wines, and a lovely, versatile red wine. The plan is to relax and enjoy some camaraderie with friends while trying a few things that might not usually find their way together in a more formal setting. Here's what the menu looks like.
