About the event
Your instructor for the evening will be Clay Wheeler CS, WSET III, CWS, ISP. Clay is the Beverage Manager/Sommelier for The Argyle Club.
During the “Blind Tasting Sessions,” we will discuss the cause and effect of color, smell, and flavor. These causes and effects will help us come to a conclusion on types of wines, styles, etc. We will also discuss why wines look, taste, and smell the way they do to assist in daily choices of likes or dislikes when choosing wine. The tasting will include two white wines, two red wines, instructional materials, and hors d’oeuvres.
Registration deadline is Thursday, June 15, at 5:00 PM.
