Clay Walker, our Sommilier, is crafting a unique theme for this month's wine tasting. We will have more information on his thoughts very soon. If you missed last month's Wine Education, you missed a delicious event. It was a comparison tasting of old Bordeaux versus old California Cabernets. Some of the wines were as old as 54 years young.
